Job summary

ENGIE Saudi Arabia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a multicultural team and apply specialist mechanical expertise to fault investigations, preventative maintenance, and modifications on plant equipment.

You will work with the Mechanical Engineer to ensure reliable plant operation, plan and execute maintenance tasks, and participate in safety programs while maintaining documentation and records in the CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fault investigations, defect and preventative maintenance on plant mechanical equipment.
• Follow OEM manuals, Work Instructions and guidance from the Mechanical Engineer to maintain equipment.
• Attend to planned and unplanned work and ensure timely completion.
• Provide 24-hour support and call-out readiness to reduce downtime and maximize plant availability.
• Ensure safe working practices, use of permits, and reporting of unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available, safe, and in good working order and report losses or damage.
