Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

One of our clients in the Automotive Industry in Saudi Arabia is hiring for the position of a Maintenance Technician.

Location:

Riyadh

Experience and Notice Period:

Applicants should have relevant experience and be available for immediate joining or with a maximum of one month's notice.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain all instruments and tools in good working condition.
  2. Rectify electrical and mechanical faults in vehicles.
  3. Assist in other carpool-related tasks.
  4. Service all company vehicles.
  5. Respond to emergencies and perform vehicle repairs during operations.
  6. Keep the emergency generator ready in case of power failure.
  7. Purchase emergency parts/spares from external suppliers.
  8. Repair vehicles outside the company in case of accidents or sudden stoppages.
  9. Maintain vehicles and forklifts according to the maintenance schedule.
  10. Check and repair electrical faults to ensure smooth operation of plant, machinery, and equipment.
  11. Prepare weekly repair reports.
  12. Complete assigned tasks on job cards, including repairs, alterations, new installations, and erections.
  13. Follow safety precautions during work.
  14. Manage fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
Reporting and Communication:
  • Report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Communicate with the Group Leader and Foreman.
