Mace Consult seeks an accomplished MEA Regional Managing Director to set strategy and lead delivery across the Middle East and Africa. You will own the regional performance, shape priorities, and strengthen client relationships while aligning with global capability.

You will connect demand with capabilities, build an effective regional organization, and drive sustainable growth with disciplined cost management and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a complex regional or multi-country consultancy at executive level.
• Ability to translate strategy into regional priorities and actions.
• Strong stakeholder management with boards, senior leaders, clients and external partners.
• Deep knowledge of construction and infrastructure consultancy, including programme/project management or advisory.
• Significant Middle East leadership experience with Saudi Arabia/UAE familiarity.
• Experience shaping growth strategy and winning major government and private sector accounts.

Responsibilities

• Direct the MEA strategy and business plan, aligning regional priorities with growth ambitions.
• Own the hub’s financial and operating performance including revenue, profitability, and working capital.
• Build a scalable regional operating model with clear accountabilities and controls.
• Lead transformation and organisational change to translate strategy into action.
• Create a cohesive leadership team with talent planning and capability development.
• Drive market expansion by setting sector and service priorities and growing the pipeline.
• Lead priority government, public and private sector accounts as executive sponsor.
• Connect regional demand with global capability to grow priority accounts and cross-sell services.
• Represent Mace Consult with clients, partners and regulators across the region.
