Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Commercial Education Manager – MEA to lead regional learning strategy across sales, marketing, and leadership. You will design scalable programs, deliver engaging trainings, and partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to support product launches.

The role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration, strong facilitation skills, and a track record of developing high-performing commercial teams across multiple countries.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced degree in MBA or related discipline is desirable.
• Experience in healthcare commercial education is beneficial.
• Global or multi-country program delivery experience preferred.

• Develop and execute a regional commercial education strategy aligned to business priorities.
