Qualifications

• Educational background in business or related field with focus on organizational learning.
• Experience designing curricula and blended learning in pharma or healthcare.
• Proven change management and transformation delivery in complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive Capability Strategy: conduct assessments to design learning journeys and regional capability heat maps.
• Lead Regional Transformation: guide regional change initiatives and organizational development projects.
• Design & Deliver Impactful Learning: create workshops and training programs (in-person and virtual) across scientific, commercial and behavioral topics.
• Collaborate Globally & Locally: partner with internal and external stakeholders to scale training regionally.
• Build Future Teams: identify skill needs, align budgets, and lay groundwork to recruit and coach a future team.
