Job summary

Noon is expanding its recruitment engine in Riyadh to scale top-tier educators and support staff for our schools. You will own scheduling, candidate experience, and end-to-end hiring operations across multiple roles, helping to build a world-class team in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in recruiting, strong planning and coordination skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in recruiting.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skills.
  • Data-driven, organised and execution-focused approach.
  • Arabic fluency required; English preferred.
  • Background in education sector or large-scale hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews across phone screens, virtual panels, and onsite loops.
  • Lead end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across sourcing, contracting and evaluation for School roles (ClassSupervisor, School Leads, Teachers, School Managers).
  • Plan and run large-scale hiring campaigns via diverse sources (web, associations, networking, ads, WhatsApp).
  • Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timeline.
  • Build systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress.
  • Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches and remove staffing bottlenecks.

About the role:

You’ll be instrumental in keeping our hiring engine humming—managing scheduling and candidate experience—while also helping to build pipeline for our highest-priority Schools Staffing roles. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews- phone screens, virtual panels, and onsite loops and full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development.
  • You will own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for handling all recruitment operations—from sourcing to contracting and evaluation—across ClassSupervisor, School Leads, Teachers, and School Managers.
  • You will plan and run large-scale hiring campaigns via sourcing through a variety of sources, including the Internet, professional associations, networking, ads, WhatsApp channels.
  • Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timeline
  • Build systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress.
  • Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches, Surface risks, unblock bottlenecks, and continuously improve staffing processes
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Strong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skills
  • Data‑driven, organised, and execution‑focused
  • Arabic fluency required; English is preferred
  • Background in educational sector, large‑scale hiring, or large event planning in KSA is a plus.
