About the role:

You’ll be instrumental in keeping our hiring engine humming- managing scheduling and candidate experience - while also helping to build pipeline for our highest-priority Schools Staffing roles. If you’re highly organized, resourceful, and excited by the idea of helping scale a world-class team, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews- phone screens, virtual panels, and onsite loops and full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development.
  • You will own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for handling all recruitment operations—from sourcing to contracting and evaluation—across ClassSupervisor, School Leads, Teachers, and School Managers.
  • You will plan and run large-scale hiring campaigns via sourcing through a variety of sources, including the Internet, professional associations, networking, ads, WhatsApp channels.
  • Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timeline
  • Build systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress.
  • Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches, Surface risks, unblock bottlenecks, and continuously improve staffing processes
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Strong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skills
  • Data-driven, organised, and execution-focused
  • Arabic fluency required; English is preferred
  • Background in educational sector, large-scale hiring, or large event planning in KSA is a plus.
