Job summary

Noon Academy in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Classroom Supervisor to lead the classroom, manage behavior, and cultivate an engaging, high‑performance learning environment.

You will work with native or near‑native English speakers, interact with students and parents, and help drive student focus and progress in a fast‑paced edtech setting. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, based in Riyadh.

• Experience working directly with students (teaching, tutoring, youth activities, coaching, etc.)
• Native or near-native English fluency
• Strong presence. Clear, confident, and able to manage a group
• Ability to balance firmness with empathy
• High ownership and comfort being on your feet and in the action

About The Role

This is a frontline role with real ownership.

As a Classroom Supervisor, you are responsible for the student experience inside the classroom. You lead the room, manage behavior, and create an environment where students stay focused, engaged, and performing.

This role is open to both full‑time and part‑time candidates.

We are specifically looking for native or near‑native English speakers, as you will be interacting with students in English throughout the day.
