Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director - Governance, Risk, and Control Lead to shape governance, risk, controls, and business continuity across City Ops. • Broad knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, and control environments.
• Experience managing risk registers, mitigation plans, and escalation of issues.
• Ability to present to and influence executive leadership or heads of central functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk, controls, and business continuity across City Ops to support clear decision-making and proactive risk management.
• Manage City Ops committees and governance meetings, including agenda prep and minutes.
• Establish and maintain the City Ops governance framework with reporting requirements.
• Develop standards and controls ensuring operations align with policies and compliance requirements.
• Oversee risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting, and escalation.
• Support business continuity planning, playbook development, and readiness activities across City Ops.
• Coordinate with central functions on governance, risk, compliance, controls, audit, and continuity needs.
• Monitor control implementation and assist in closing audit gaps.
• Provide leadership reporting on key risks, governance actions, and continuity readiness.
