Job summary

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) in Riyadh seeks a Marketing Specialist to plan, manage and deliver marketing activities across campaigns, events, digital channels and brand materials. You will own the marketing calendar end to end, collaborate with Sales and Management to support growth in government and enterprise ICT markets, and ensure all communications follow brand guidelines.

The role requires strong Arabic and English writing, hands-on event management, and a track record in B2B tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience preferred.
• Experience planning and executing campaigns, events and digital activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee company digital channels (LinkedIn, website, social media).

Job description

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is looking for a Marketing Specialist to plan, manage and deliver our marketing activities in Riyadh. You will own the marketing calendar end to end, from campaigns and events to digital channels and brand materials, working closely with Sales and Management to support business growth in the government and enterprise ICT market.

This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the annual marketing plan, campaigns and activities in line with company objectives and budget.
• Manage events, exhibitions, conferences and partner/vendor co-marketing activities from planning to post-event follow up.
• Manage company digital channels (LinkedIn, website, social media) and oversee content creation and publishing.
• Produce and maintain marketing materials: company profile, presentations, brochures, case studies and proposal content.
• Coordinate with agencies, printers and suppliers, and track marketing spend against budget.
• Support the sales team with lead generation activities and campaign material.
• Measure and report on campaign and channel performance with clear recommendations.
• Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing marketing activities (campaigns, events, digital channels), preferably in B2B, ICT or technology.
• Proven track record of running events and campaigns end to end.
• Good working knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organization and project coordination skills, able to manage several activities at once.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Experience working with vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell or similar partners is a plus.
