Qualifications

• First Aid Training is required or preferred.
• Basic firefighting knowledge and prior training are preferred.
• Previous marina, yachting, or watersports experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead dockhand team in support of vessel movements and berthing.
• Manage dockside guest services, berthing allocations, and emergencies.
• Oversee routine checks, cleaning, and maintenance of marina facilities.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance and report variances.
