Job summary

Premium Support Facility Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR/Workforce Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead manpower planning and deployment for contracts and projects.

You will coordinate recruitment mobilization, replacement, demobilization, monitor attendance, leave, and shift coverage, and ensure accurate employee documentation and productivity reporting for management and clients. A Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• 5-8 years of workforce or manpower-management experience in Saudi Arabia.
