In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational aspects of our ambitious projects are ready for successful implementation. This includes strategizing, planning, and executing operational readiness initiatives that align with our goal of delivering world-class entertainment and leisure experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
  • Work collaboratively with different departments, including project management, design, and HR, to ensure all operational requirements are met before the launch
  • Conduct detailed assessments of operational readiness, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to enhance service delivery
  • Design, implement, and oversee staff training programs aimed at equipping teams with the skills required for operational excellence
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and readiness, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project rollouts
  • Foster a customer-focused culture among staff to ensure high standards of guest experience are met and exceeded
