Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Mall Supervisor to oversee multiple store operations within a Riyadh mall. The role emphasizes driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, upholding brand standards, and coordinating staff across outlets.

You will support recruitment, training, and routine audits, ensuring stock availability and compliance with VM standards while promoting Club Apparel to boost retention and sales. A 2-5 year retail background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in retail or mall operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales, meet store KPIs, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Experience in leading store teams and enhancing customer engagement.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise retail operations across the mall stores to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Monitor sales performance and steer teams to meet daily, weekly, monthly targets.
• Maintain high customer service standards across outlets.
• Enforce policies and operational standards across stores.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance, and grievances with store managers.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Conduct store audits for compliance, cleanliness, inventory, and VM.
• Ensure stock levels are adequate in coordination with inventory teams.
• Promote Club Apparel loyalty program to drive retention and sales.
• Support planning of in-store events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Brand Heads for feedback.
• Identify performance gaps and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Uphold security, safety, and loss prevention standards.
• Stay updated with fashion trends to support suggestive selling.
