• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in real estate, hospitality, or commercial properties preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, handle physical tasks, and respond to emergencies when needed.
• High school diploma or technical/vocational training is beneficial.

Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. The role involves performing routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, conducting troubleshooting, executing preventive maintenance schedules, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
