Job summary

Black & Grey HR representing a leading global FMCG foods company in Jeddah seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for production and utility equipment, coordinate with production and engineering teams, track maintenance KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to minimize downtime and maximize asset uptime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production and utility equipment.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability by minimizing breakdowns and optimizing maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and planning teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
• Track and improve maintenance KPIs such as response time, backlog, and asset uptime.
• Supervise maintenance facilities including workshops, tools, and infrastructure to ensure operational readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) and lean methodologies.
• Manage spare parts inventory, stock control, and ensure timely availability of critical components.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, GMP, and hygiene standards.

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant maintenance operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
