Jazan Integrated Gasification & Power Company (JIGPC) seeks a senior maintenance leader to oversee maintenance across gasification, power blocks and related units. You will guide strategic direction, manage resources, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across multiple divisions.

The role requires 7–10+ years in industrial maintenance, with strong leadership, CMMS (SAP PM) and Primavera P6 skills, and a track record of delivering complex turnaround projects on time and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 7–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience managing multiple divisions in a complex industrial environment (gasification or power generation preferred).
• Leadership experience or completion of supervisory/leadership training within 2 years is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee maintenance divisions (Gasification, Power Block, POD/IED/IAD) to ensure reliability and safety.
• Supervise and mentor division leaders, conduct performance reviews and develop staff.
• Allocate resources including manpower, equipment, and budget to meet maintenance demands.
• Enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; conduct audits and ensure compliance.
• Track maintenance KPIs and prepare reports for senior management; drive improvement initiatives.
• Lead turnaround projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Drive maintenance excellence and implement best practices across divisions.
• Coordinate with operations and senior management to ensure alignment and effective communication.
