JIGPC in Saudi Arabia invites a seasoned Control & Instrumentation Engineer to provide oversight for safe and efficient plant operations.

You will develop specifications, lead testing, calibrations, and maintenance, and mentor local engineers while ensuring compliance with CSS, SIL, and SIS programs.

This role requires 10+ years of experience in chemical/refinery/gas facilities and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; travel minimal.

Competenze

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSEE preferred).
• Essential: 10+ years in chemical/refinery/gas plant maintenance/inspection/engineering.
• Experience in FE/FE loading projects preferred.
• SAE Saudi Aramco/Air Products standards familiarity is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide engineering oversight and technical direction for Instrument and Controls systems.
• Support commissioning, operations, and QA initiatives; maintain document control.
• Develop detailed engineering specs, standards, procedures, and contractor guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with CSS, SIL, and SIS programs; manage risk-based inspection & calibration.
