The role demands hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of gasification processes, and the ability to manage operations with a focus on safety and reliability in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations with focus on efficiency and safety.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Promote safety and environmental standards within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Has a small budget/financial responsibility.
• Direct 1–5 staff or direct reports.
• Medium-term impact planning: 7 months to 1 year.
