Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in operations, maintenance, facilities or asset management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and maintenance contractors.
• Experience with large-scale developments, industrial facilities or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation of assets.
• Develop and implement preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor asset performance, condition and maintenance outcomes; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders; ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental risks; support incident investigations and corrective actions.
