Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize maintenance requests to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate with technicians for repairs on company assets including MHEs.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
• Prepare and track spare parts purchase orders.
• Develop monthly and yearly maintenance plans aligned with operations.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes and implement improvements.
• Submit monthly maintenance reports on activities and costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly inspect assets to identify issues before escalation.
• Identify skill gaps and propose training for the team.
