[Unknown] law firm in Riyadh is seeking an M&A Associate with 4+ years’ PQE to cover regional and international corporate transactions across the Middle East. The role emphasizes cross-border deal exposure, strong drafting, and negotiation skills within a growing Riyadh practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE with strong M&A experience.
• Arabic language skills required.
• Currently based in the Middle East region.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on public and private M&A transactions across the Middle East.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Support acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments.
• Manage due diligence processes and assist with transaction structuring.
• Work closely with partners on complex cross-border deals.
• Develop relationships with regional corporates, investors and family groups.
