Job summary

FAENA The Red Sea seeks a Director of Spa & Wellness to lead Tierra Santa Healing House, a luxury wellness sanctuary inspired by South American traditions. You will shape immersive wellbeing programming, drive service excellence, and build a world-class team in a high-end resort setting.

You will oversee all spa operations, curate transformative guest journeys, and align programs with Faena brand standards while staying ahead of global wellness trends.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of senior leadership experience in luxury wellness operations.
• Experience managing multi-outlet wellness facilities or large-scale spa operations.
• Degree in Spa Management or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Champion Tierra Santa Healing House philosophy and set the strategic wellness vision.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of therapists, healers, and wellness staff.
• Oversee spa operations including hammam, treatment rooms, and wellness programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, ambience, and service rituals.
• Curate personalised wellness journeys and longevity programs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage department budgets, revenue forecasts, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with medical consultants and brand partners to evolve the portfolio.
