Job summary

Al Tayer Group's Insignia division seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receipt, storage and inventory movement across retail operations. You will organize accurate picking and packing, ensuring timely deliveries to stores and customers.

The role requires 2-3 years in retail logistics, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of WMS/Ecommerce fulfillment. Prior supervisory experience is valued for effective shift planning and team guidance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in retail logistics or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of material receiving, storage and handling.
• Working knowledge of WMS and ecommerce fulfillment preferred; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving of shipments against procurement records and report discrepancies.
• Manage quality checks and tagging; organize secure storage.
• Submit GRN to Finance for supplier invoice matching and payments.
• Coordinate picking, quality check and packing with last mile deliveries.
• Monitor inbound and outbound SLA timelines daily.
• Manage store/customer returns within SLA timelines.
• Assist with shift planning, KPI tracking and staff allocations.
• Review processes for risk and escalate to site HSE committee.
