Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Riyadh is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer experience across both physical and digital channels, driving sales and brand loyalty. You will demonstrate strong brand knowledge, fashion sense, and a customer-first mindset.

You will also engage customers through clienteling, leverage CRM/OMS tools to optimize orders and data insights, and support events and brand initiatives within-store and online environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in Luxury Technology.
• Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and communicate its values to customers and team members.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a constructive work environment and achieve sales targets.
