Job summary

Bulgari is seeking a Sales Administrator in Riyadh to support back-office operations, product receiving, stock management and after-sales coordination. The role focuses on delivering a luxurious customer experience through precise admin and inventory control.

The candidate will collaborate with buying, sales and IT teams, ensuring VAT compliance and smooth ecommerce support. A strong CRM and SAP/Excel skill set is essential for excellence in this position.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the luxury business sector.
• Proficient selling skills tailored for luxury goods.
• Familiarity with store procedures and operational processes within a luxury retail context.
• Expertise in CRM techniques and tools utilised within the luxury retail industry.
• Proficiency in store operation applications such as Beanstore, Gemini CRM systems SAP Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-office operations including data entry into designated software systems.
• Manage product receiving at stores, ensuring accuracy between physical items received and invoices.
• Address discrepancies with incorrectly received products in collaboration with Commercial Company Administration.
• Supervise store stock levels, storage management, and coordinate all inventory activities.
• Conduct after-sales service tasks—managing repairs and liaising with repair centres.
• Handle tagging processes from receipt to re-pricing.
• Serve as the contact for IT/system suppliers for hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers on store maintenance and provide updates to the Store Manager.
• Purchase orders management (Ivalua) and centralising PO’s.
• Assist sales staff throughout the sales process from client reception to payments.
• Understand VAT processes relevant to sales operations.
• Assist with e-commerce tasks including shipping coordination and packaging.
• Oversee admin for Marketing events & exhibitions in line with company standards.
