Job summary

THE PRODUCTION HUB LLC in الرياض is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead luxury retail, visual merchandising, joinery, and fit-out projects across the GCC. This on-site, full-time role requires precise planning, coordination, and brand-compliant execution.

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, manage schedules and budgets, ensure high-quality finishes, and deliver projects on time while upholding confidentiality and premium presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in luxury retail fit-out.
• Experience with joinery, finishes, and shopfitting for premium brands.
• Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from handover through production, delivery, installation and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, brand reps, visual merchandisers, consultants, mall management.
• Coordinate design, estimation, and procurement with teams; review drawings and specs.
• Manage procurement timelines and long-lead items to avoid delays.
• Oversee production progress and ensure quality and schedules.
• Coordinate site surveys, permits, and installation with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and regular status reporting.
