• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation for high-value luxury fitout and retail projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Strategic brand acquisition: engage with corporate accounts and regional project directors.
• Lead responses for high-stakes RFPs and design pitches showing capacity to deliver premium luxury joinery.
• Manage relationships with premium mall developers, PMCs, and luxury retail architects.

Position Summary

Business Development Manager will drive commercial growth by securing high- value turnkey fitout, boutique construction, and visual merchandising projects across Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on winning tenders and building strategic partnerships directly with global luxury cosmetic, perfume, and fashion houses and their regional distributors.

Key Responsibilities (Luxury Retail Focus)

• Pipeline Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities in retail, travel retail, and luxury fitout sectors
• Strategic Brand Acquisition: Target and secure corporate accounts, brand managers, and regional project directors of International luxury brands.
• Pre-Qualification & Tender Dominance: Lead the response for high-stakes RFPs and design pitches, demonstrating The Production Hub's capacity to deliver premium standard luxury joinery.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the trusted commercial partner for luxury brand stakeholders, understanding their global design books and local compliance needs.
• Network Cultivation: Maintain active, influential relationships with premium mall developers, project management consultants (PMCs), and luxury retail architects.

Qualifications & Requirements (Luxury Criteria)

• Experience: 6+ years of proven business development experience in the KSA Fitout/Joinery industry, with at least 3+ years specifically dealing with luxury retail brands.
• Network: A verified, active rolodex of Luxury Retail Brand Managers, Visual Merchandising Directors, and Project Heads in the GCC region.
• Brand Literacy: Deep understanding of the exacting standards, material constraints, and strict approval workflows inherent to global luxury institutions.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is highly advantageous.
