Job summary

Boutique Group is seeking a senior leader to Drive end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of ultra-luxury hospitality developments in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee design, procurement, construction and handover, ensuring heritage principles, budget, schedule and guest experience meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree in construction management or related discipline is preferred.
• Experience delivering luxury hospitality, heritage or iconic projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Project Delivery strategy aligned with Boutique Group's corporate objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across design, procurement, commercial, construction and handover.
• Provide executive leadership over the complete project lifecycle from feasibility through defects liability.
• Ensure projects achieve approved business cases, quality standards and operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
