Job summary

Elegancia Arabia seeks an accomplished Project Director to lead large to mega-scale finishing and fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee mobilization through handover, balancing operational, technical, commercial, and financial performance across programs.

The role requires extensive leadership, strategic planning, and risk management capabilities, with preference for candidates based in KSA and with GCC experience in finishing and fit-out sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 18+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience delivering finishing and fit-out projects.
• Experience delivering large to mega-scale projects within the GCC.
• Saudi Arabia project delivery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of project management, commercial management, contracts, and construction operations.
• PM certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
• Candidates based in KSA preferred.

Responsibilities

Elegancia Arabia is seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead the delivery of large to mega-scale finishing and fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall operational, technical, commercial, and financial performance of assigned projects from mobilization through completion and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across all phases of project execution.
• Manage large, complex finishing and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, safety, and contractual performance.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and KSA regulations.
• Present progress reports and critical project updates to senior management.
• Ensure successful delivery in line with the client’s expectations and required quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 18 years of relevant construction experience.
• Extensive experience delivering finishing and fit-out projects.
• Proven record of completing large to mega-scale projects within the GCC.
• Previous project delivery experience in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management, commercial management, contracts, and construction operations.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional project management certification, such as PMP, is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in KSA will be given preference.
