Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Riyadh seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales team toward targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience and supporting CRM, CX and in-store initiatives.

You will nurture talent, drive eNPS through people experience, oversee daily store operations, and coordinate with back-office teams to keep SLAs and loyalty programs running smoothly. The role offers exposure to luxury retail and career development within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion or luxury retail is required.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to achieve store targets while delivering guest experiences.
• Support CRM, CX, and loyalty initiatives in-store.
• Nurture talent with coaching and stretch assignments.
• Coordinate store operations with back-office and VM teams.
• Ensure click & collect and data capture align with marketing needs.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and app offerings.
