Qualifications

• Team Leadership: Experience in managing and developing a sales team.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Clienteling Expertise: Ability to grow a client book using CRM tools.
• Communication & Language Skills: Fluent in English.
• Styling & Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury fashion trends and materials.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store business and achieve the sales target.
• Build a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them.
• Manage the team and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and processes.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to reach KPIs.
• Manage customer database to foster relationships and future opportunities.
• Leverage online and offline touchpoints to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.
