Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea is preparing for a landmark pre-opening phase where you will lead the People & Culture function, shaping the talent strategy for luxury hospitality in Saudi Arabia. You will recruit, onboard, and develop teams while ensuring full alignment with brand values and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in HR leadership with 3–5 years as Director in luxury hospitality.
• Experience leading People & Culture in pre-opening or opening phase.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People & Culture strategy during the pre-opening phase.
• Develop and execute the pre-opening manning plan, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and Saudisation targets.
• Establish P&C policies, systems, and employee services including housing and welfare.
• Design and implement pre-opening learning and development program.
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture and align with brand values.
• Collaborate with Resort Manager and leadership to ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, succession planning.
• Analyze P&C metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional teams on brand-wide initiatives.
