Ecojob in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Resort Manager to oversee operations of our luxury resort. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, and drive financial performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in hospitality, 5+ years in a managerial role, fluent English, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work weekends. Proficiency in budget management is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members.
• Create and manage budgets to ensure financial success of the resort.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the resort.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality products/services are provided.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the guest experience.
