The role demands proactive, highly organized professionalism in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include managing daily support, meticulous housekeeping, wardrobe care, travel prep, errands, and wellness bookings, while upholding strict confidentiality and discretion at all

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Butler, Housekeeper, Personal Assistant, or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent housekeeping and organizational skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day personalized support to the Principal.
• Perform housekeeping duties to luxury standards.
• Clean, organize and maintain the residence at all times.
• Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, packing & unpacking.
• Organize wardrobes and personal belongings.
• Prepare and serve breakfast and coffee when required.
• Assist with shopping, deliveries and personal errands.
• Coordinate appointments and household services.
• Assist with travel preparation and packing for trips.
• Prepare clothing for workouts, meetings and travel.
• Coordinate wellness appointments and medical visits.
• Welcome guests with professional hospitality.
• Anticipate needs with minimal supervision.
