Job summary

Ayadi, the premium catering brand by Infuse Advisory, seeks a Catering Supervisor to lead service teams and deliver a flawless luxury guest experience from setup to close.

You will oversee VIP and corporate events, train staff on premium service, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure impeccable presentation and discretion. Arabic and English communication required; Saudi nationals preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hospitality or catering experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven background in luxury hotels, premium catering or fine dining.
• Experience in staff training and grooming standards.
• Excellent eye for detail in event setup and presentation.
• Experience managing high-profile, VIP or large-scale events.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and event days.
• Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service teams at corporate, VIP and private events.
• Plan event setups: buffet layout, linen, tableware and décor to the highest standard.
• Train staff on premium service standards, guest etiquette, grooming and uniform presentation.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timing, presentation and smooth service flow.
• Handle client requests on-site with professionalism and discretion.
• Run pre-event checklists and post-event reviews to keep standards consistent.
• Manage equipment, inventory and the careful handling of event assets.
