Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management across diverse kitchen teams.
• Expertise in creating innovative menus and precise recipe development.
• Proven ability to present dishes with high quality and consistency.
• Solid operations skills: kitchen scheduling, inventory, cost control, supplier coordination.
• Deep knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene and health regs.
• Experience in luxury, high-volume event catering or premium settings.
• Excellent communication with clients, event teams and senior management.
• Willingness to work extended hours, evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to sustainability and continuous culinary improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and menu planning for luxury inflight and event catering.
• Lead, train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring high standards and teamwork.
