We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lounge Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. The Lounge Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lounge, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the lounge, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Train and develop lounge staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages served in the lounge, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage orders.
• Monitor and control costs and expenses, including labor, supplies, and inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in creating and implementing promotions and special events to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or lounge setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic, knowledge of English is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
