Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking a Quality & Operations Analyst to oversee the full-cycle quality management for a business line within our Saudi market operations. You will build a robust quality standard system and use data to drive improvements across transportation, warehousing, and delivery.

You will collect and analyze operational data, perform root-cause analyses for exceptions, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis tools and familiar with business metrics.
• Experience in end-to-end logistics operations, preferably in the Saudi market.
• Ability to drive KPI delivery across transportation, warehousing, and delivery.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the quality standard system for a business line, covering planning, control, and continuous improvement.
• Collect, organize and analyze operational data to identify quality issues and risks.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for operational exceptions and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and run regular quality inspections.
• Plan for planned fluctuations (holidays, promotions) and coordinate resources.
• Respond to unplanned fluctuations and coordinate remediation and recovery.
