Job summary

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a leading brand in the UAE to appoint a Logistics Specialist to optimize end-to-end logistics operations across the region. The role centers on 3PL management, inventory governance, and continuous improvement to deliver cost efficiency and excellent service.

The successful candidate will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure stock accuracy, performance metrics, and compliant, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or distribution ops.
• Experience managing 3PLs, warehousing, and transportation.
• Strong inventory management and KPI measurement.
• ERP proficiency (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with 3PLs, monitor performance, KPI tracking, service reviews, and improvements.
• Support logistics procurement, tender processes, negotiations, service evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock rotation to ensure availability and minimize discrepancies.
• Align physical inventory with system records via stock reconciliations, cycle counts, warehouse audits.
• Review and validate logistics invoices, cost allocations, variance reports.
• Audit delivery, warehousing, and installation partners for service quality and compliance.
• Analyze delivery performance data, customer feedback, and incidents to identify trends and actions.
• Coordinate inventory planning and stock governance per business needs.
• Support import/export, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance where applicable.
• Drive process improvement projects to boost efficiency, service levels, and satisfaction.
