The role requires organized, responsive individuals who can coordinate with drivers, merchants, and customers. Working hours: 4 hours per day + 30-minute break.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with Arabic required and basic English preferred for cross-team interactions.

• Handle order assignment and reassignment when required.
• Follow up with drivers and operational teams through WhatsApp groups.
• Escalate unresolved or urgent cases to the relevant team when necessary.
