Job summary

Mrsool is seeking a Part-Time Logistics Operations Specialist to support LAAS’s daily operations and ensure orders are followed up smoothly from assignment to final delivery or return.

This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable coordinating with multiple parties including drivers, merchants, and customers. Working hours are 4 hours per day with a 30-minute break; WhatsApp coordination is common.

Qualifications

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and issues at the same time.
• Comfortable communicating with drivers, merchants, and customers.
• Basic computer and system skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
• Arabic is required; basic English communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on daily orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers and merchants regarding order status and delays.
• Track delayed or problematic orders and follow up until resolved.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery or coordinate returns.
• Coordinate the return of unsuccessful or cancelled orders to merchants.
• Update order statuses accurately in the system.
• Handle order assignment and reassignment when required.
• Follow up with drivers and operations teams through WhatsApp groups.
• Escalate unresolved or urgent cases to the relevant team.
• Maintain clear communication to ensure orders are completed correctly.
