Job summary

First National Human Resources Company is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, and to coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and manufacturers to meet deadlines.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics coordination, strong knowledge of shipping documentation, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation regulations, and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• English and Arabic skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

Oversee and manage the entire logistics process from procurement to delivery. Coordinate with suppliers manufacturers and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Transportation Coordination

Plan and execute transportation strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs. Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure compliance with timelines.

Documentation and Compliance

Prepare and manage all necessary shipping and logistics documentation including customs paperwork. Ensure compliance with local regulations and international shipping standards.

Communication and Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues. Collaborate with internal teams including sales and customer service to align logistics operations with business needs.

Problem Solving

Identify and resolve logistical challenges including delays, damages and discrepancies. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of Proven experience in logistics coordination.
