Job summary

BRKZ is launching a pivotal Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Lead role based in Jeddah, overseeing regional fulfillment, fleet dispatch, and supply chain execution. You will bridge local ground ops with Riyadh HQ, managing cement logistics, transporter networks, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in logistics, strong leadership, and fluency in Arabic and English, with a proven track record in data-driven operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in operations/logistics; construction materials preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management across distributed field teams.
• Analytical and data-driven with dashboards and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of KSA transport regulations and Fasah permits.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics and dispatch operations for the Jeddah region.
• Supervise regional operations team and ensure tasks completed on time.
• Manage warehouse, fleet, and fulfillment activities regionally.
• Link Jeddah ops with Riyadh HQ across departments.
• Oversee delivery lifecycle on the BRKZ platform, including scheduling.
• Manage high-volume bulk cement operations and multi-truck orders.
• Ensure Fasah permits and delivery notes are accurate and recorded.
• Analyze workflows to drive process improvements and cost controls.
