Job summary

Ferrero Distribution Coordinator role in Jeddah to manage the end-to-end distribution network, collaborating with 3PL partners, Customer Service, and the local Sales team to ensure timely deliveries while upholding Ferrero Quality and GRC standards.

The role also involves monitoring KPIs, validating invoices in SAP, creating purchase requisitions, and driving continuous improvement to enhance cost efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end distribution with 3PL, Customer Service and Sales to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage return logistics, validate invoices, and update delivery status in SAP.
• Monitor and report KPIs daily and monthly for delivery performance and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to resolve delivery challenges and ensure accountability.
