Job summary

First National Human Resources Company is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, and to coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and manufacturers to meet deadlines.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics coordination, strong knowledge of shipping documentation, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation regulations, and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• English and Arabic skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire logistics process from procurement to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Plan and execute transportation strategies to optimize routes and reduce costs.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Act as primary point of contact for logistics inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Identify and resolve delays, damages and discrepancies; implement process improvements.
