Job summary

NicheHR Global is seeking a Manager – Logistics & Warehousing to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution logistics across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on optimizing space, improving supply chain efficiency, ensuring accurate stock control and timely deliveries to regional operations.

The candidate will lead multi-site teams, manage 3PL stores, and drive cost optimization while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Significant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong managerial experience overseeing warehouse, 3PL stores, and distribution operations in KSA.
• Experience in FMCG or food industry supply chain operations is preferred.
• Exposure to multi-location distribution, 3PL store management, and cold chain logistics is an advantage.

• Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations, including 3PL stores.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and cycle counts across warehouses and 3PL locations.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of products in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and control warehouse operational costs, including manpower and storage efficiency.
• Implement and maintain WMS and ERP systems with proper documentation and reporting.

Job description

The Manager – Logistics & Warehousing is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution logistics, and management of third‑party (3PL) stores across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The role ensures efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of products while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The position focuses on optimizing warehouse utilization, improving supply chain efficiency, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting timely deliveries to customers and regional operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations, including 3PL stores, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound movement of goods.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and cycle counts across company warehouses and 3PL store locations.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of products in compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate transportation and distribution activities for company and 3PL store operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and control warehouse operational costs, including manpower, transportation, and storage efficiency.
• Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ensure proper documentation and reporting for internal and 3PL store operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance teams for demand planning, order fulfillment, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies related to logistics, warehousing, and 3PL store management.
• Optimize warehouse and 3PL store space utilization and layouts to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse, logistics, and 3PL store teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor third-party logistics providers, transport vendors, and 3PL store operations to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance, reduce operational risks, and improve 3PL store operations.
• Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation across warehouses and 3PL stores

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Logistics/Supply Chain, such as APICS, CSCP, or equivalent, are an added advantage.
