Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a seasoned Local Content Manager to lead strategy, policy implementation, and supplier development across major infrastructure and entertainment projects in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on aligning with Vision 2030, coordinating with procurement and regulatory bodies, and building capacity with local suppliers while ensuring compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in local content management, policy implementation, or supplier development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Public Policy, Business Administration, or Supply Chain are advantageous.
• Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s local content policies, government regulations, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy local content strategies aligned with PIF and national objectives.
• Monitor and interpret local content regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and analysis of local content performance.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to embed local content targets into operations.
• Assist in designing programs to build capacity within local supplier bases.
• Coordinate with government agencies and other bodies to foster supplier growth and compliance.
• Prepare for audits and liaise with government officials and regulators.
• Provide training on local content requirements and best practices.
