Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Specialist for Local Content to drive strategy, supplier development, and compliance with government policies. You will coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams to embed local content targets across giga-project initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires 4+ years in local content or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong English skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in local content management, policy implementation, or supplier development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Public Policy, Business Administration, or Supply Chain advantageous.
• Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s local content policies, government regulations, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy local content strategies aligned with PIF and national objectives.
• Monitor local content regulations and government mandates to ensure compliance.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and analysis related to local content performance and impact.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to embed local content targets into processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for audits and liaise with government officials and regulatory bodies.
