Job summary

LIVSHO in Jeddah is seeking a Content & Community Specialist to own day-to-day social content and community engagement, including short-form video and basic design production. You will work with the growth lead on priorities and with category managers on products and sellers.

This is a hands-on creator role: develop ideas, film or source footage, edit and publish it. You will translate priorities into a publishing calendar, produce seller spotlights, product stories, explainers and show

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating short-form editing with clear explanation of your own work.
• Strong Arabic writing and sensitivity to GCC audiences; working English.

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar and publish schedule with briefs and deadlines.
• Create short-form video: seller spotlights, product stories, explainers and live-show highlights.
• Produce everyday creative: show announcements and campaign graphics with templates, adapt assets for channels.
• Capture stories: coordinate with sellers for footage and product details, including shoots in Jeddah.
• Manage community interaction: respond to comments, encourage participation, route issues to support.
• Support creator activity: coordinate content requirements with creators and sellers, growth lead prioritizes campaigns.
• Learn from performance: track watch time and engagement to improve next cycle.
• Keep production organized: maintain asset library, naming conventions and content permissions.
